Congressional Republicans are already moving forward on their plan to repeal the Affordable Care Act. If they are successful, as many as 1 million North Carolinians could lose the coverage they rely on.

In recent weeks stories from across the county have chronicled Trump voters who credit the ACA with saving their life. These voters didn’t believe that Trump would repeal the ACA, despite his promise to do so on day one.

While that can be frustrating to hear, it gives us a real opportunity. We’re working with a coalition of groups that's trying to save the Affordable Care Act and protect coverage for millions.
