Background

What happened this week in Raleigh was a travesty. Far-right politicians, led by Pat McCrory, rammed through a far-reaching bill that is already having destructive consequences for our state.

At this point, nearly every major corporation with operations in NC has condemned this law. They’re also joined by the NCAA and the NBA, which is even considering moving the All-Star game from Charlotte in 2017.

Investors and business leaders from across the country are promising to never do business in North Carolina again, until this terrible law is repealed. McCrory likes to tout the competitive business climate, but that’s no longer true.
